Management Board and Executive Officers
Our amended articles of association provide for a Management Board that is charged with our management under the general supervision of the Supervisory Board. Our Management Board currently has four members, whose names ands details are set below along with those of our Executive Officers.

The day-to-day running of the Company is overseen by our Executive Committee, which reports to the Management and Supervisory Boards. The names and details of the Executive Committee and other senior executive officers are also listed under the Management Board.

Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is responsible for overseeing our Management Board and the general course of affairs of our business. Our Supervisory Board currently has two members, whose names and details are set forth below.
