Mr. Jürgen Hintz has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Head N.V. since May 2003. He retired in December 2004 as Group Chief Executive Officer of Novar plc, an international group with core activities in Intelligent Building Systems, Aluminum Extrusion Solutions, and Security Printing Services with an annual turnover of £1.5 billion. Prior to this he was President and Chief Executive of Carnaud/Metalbox until October 1995, Executive Vice-President and member of the main Board of Procter & Gamble Company and non-Executive Director of Inchcape plc and Apple Computers Inc.

Mr. Viktor Klima has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Head N.V. since October 2000 and was reappointed at the shareholders’ meeting in May 2008 for another four years. He served as Chancellor of the Republic of Austria from January 1997 until his resignation February 2000. In this capacity, Mr. Klima held the Presidency of the European Union in the second half of 1998. Prior to serving as Chancellor, he served as Minister of Finance 1996-97 and Minister of Public Economy and Transport 1992-96. Prior to his political career, he was a member of the management board of the OMV oil company, responsible for finance, capital markets and acquisitions. Prior to this position, he held various management positions within OMV. Mr. Klima took up a senior management position with Volkswagen in October 2000.

Mr. Franz Klammer ranks as one of the best downhill skiers of all time, overwhelmingly dominating the downhill event for four consecutive Word Cup seasons winning 25 world Cup downhill events and a gold medal at the 1976 Winter Olympics. Mr Klammer was Sportsman of the Year in Austria three times.
After retiring from skiing, Mr. Klammer took up tour car racing and in 1990 won the prestigious European Tour Car Championship.
Mr. Klammer has established the Franz Klammer foundation to help seriously injured athlete, is ambassador for the United Nations and has Chaired the 2014 Salzburg bid for the Winter Olympics.

He is Chairman of Equity Partners, London Films, Co-Chairman of Cool Earth, President of Global Strategy Forum, non-executive Chairman of Investcorp Europe, non-executive director of IMG and CV Star Underwriting Agents, advisory board member of Brasilinvest, Societe du Louvre, Centre for Social Justice, the British Olympic Association, and a member of the Major of London's and Rome's International Business Advisory Council. He is patron of the Stockholm University and a trustee of Kew Foundation. He is the former Special Representative of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (2007-2010). He is actively involved in preservation of Rainforest in the Amazonas.

Mr. Ralf Bernhart has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Head N.V. since October 2000. He was a member of the HTM Supervisory Board in 1995 prior to becoming a member of the HTM Management Board in 1996. Prior to joining Head N.V., from 1990 to 1995, Mr. Bernhart was a member of the Executive Board of Hafslund Nycomed Pharma AG, Austria, a leading pharmaceutical company. Since May 2009, Mr. Bernhart is serving as Deputy Chairman of our Management Board.

Mr. Günter Hagspiel joined Head Sport GmbH in May 1996. After working in Controlling for two years in Austria, he went on an international assignment to the U.S. to become the Controller of Head USA, Inc. In 2001, Mr. Hagspiel was promoted to CFO and COO of the U.S. company. Since August 2005, he has served as Vice President Finance & Controlling in Austria and was appointed Managing Director of Head Sport GmbH. Prior to joining Head, Mr. Hagspiel was working as a Management Consultant at the Management Zentrum St. Gallen (MZSG) and as Manager at IBM in Vienna. Since May 29, 2009 he is a member of the Management Board and the Chief Financial Officer of Head N.V.

Mr. George F. Nicolai was a member of the management team of Intertrust Netherlands from 1989 until 2003, and continues to act as a non-executive director. After finishing his law degree at the University of Utrecht, he joined Pierson Heldring & Pierson which became Mees Pierson and later was part of Fortis Bank and now privately owned by Private Equity Group Waterland serving in a variety of executive positions, both in The Netherlands and abroad. He currently also serves as a member of the board of directors of several Dutch subsidiaries of international companies such as Rothschilds, Pearson Plc, Pirelli and KFC and as chairman-member of several foundations.

Mr. Klaus Hotter has served as Vice President of Head Sport since 1986 and managed our Winter Sports Division. Since November 2002, he was appointed Managing Director of Head Sport and assumed full responsibility for the Winter Sports Division and from January 2009 on Klaus Hotter was appointed Managing Director of HTM Sport responsible for ski bindings and ski boots. He managed European distribution at Blizzard from 1981 to 1986.

Mr. Georg Kröll has served as Vice President of HEAD Sport GmbH since 1990 and was appointed Managing Director of HEAD Sport GmbH in November 2002. In 1996, he became the Division Manager for Licensing. From 1990 to 1995, he was the Division Manager for the Footwear Division of HTM. Prior to joining Head in 1981 where he managed distribution for Head in Germany, Austria and International Trade, he served as General Manager for Kneissl of America.

Ottmar Barbian took over responsibilities as International Sales&Marketing Director of the HEAD Racquetsports Division in 2008. In 2012, he was appointed Executive Vice President, assuming full responsibility of the Racquet Sport Division and joining the Executive Management Team of the HEAD group.

Mr. Gerald Skrobanek joined Head in September 2000. After having managed HEAD's Information technology and worldwide operations for 5 years, Gerald Skrobanek got appointed Executive Vice President of the Diving division in September 2005. Prior to joining Head, he served as CIO for Vianova Resins, an international chemical company and Wienerberger a leading building material producer.

Mr. Kevin Kempin has served as CEO & President of HEAD USA since 2009. During that time the U.S. received the prestigious “Country of the Year” from the HEAD global marketing group. Kempin has held a variety of high level general management positions, as well as sales and marketing positions with the HEAD group since he joined them in 1993. He has also served on the Tennis Industry Association board in the U.S. and currently serves on the Management Board of HEAD NV.

Mr. Kevin Kempin is an avid and passionate sportsmen actively involved in tennis, squash, skiing and snowboarding.

Mr. Klaus Thurner has served as Division Manager for the Snowboard Division since 1999. He established the Snowboard Business in the HEAD Group rebranding the brands Blax and Generics to HEAD Snowboards;
2004 he started and since then developed the Protection Business (helmets and body protection).
In 2008 he created the freestyle branding for HEAD (snowboards and freestyle ski´s) supporing the brands credibility in the younger wintersport market segments.
2011 he was appointed EVP Sportswear reporting to Johan Eliasch.
He was founder and shareholding CEO of Momentum/USP, a company that helped build and marketed action sports brands like KILLER LOOP, PROTECTION and created BLAX, Generics snowboard brands. Before 1990 he was Vice President Product Development and Operation for MISTRAL International GmbH. After receiving an MBA in business at University of Innsbruck he was also working for Blizzard Ski and Koflach Skiboots.

Rainer Schramm started with HEAD in Nov. 1992 as Sales Manager Germany. In 1995 he also took over the responsibility for Tyrolia Bindings. Mid of the year 2000 he was appointed as General Manager Germany with full responsibility, also for Mares. Since March 2012 he acts in addition as VP European Sales Coordinator, is Speaker of the Central European Countries and reports directly to the CEO.

Mrs. Clare Vincent joined Head in 2000. She runs the Investor Releations and Corporate Development department. Prior to joining Head, Mrs Vincent worked as a chartered accountant with PWC and in Corporate Development with Rexam PLC, a large UK based paper and packaging company.
