Andy Murray the tennis magician shows uncanny accuracy with his HEAD Radical

Andy Murray (GBR)

Andy Murray's preparation for 2010 Wimbledon not only includes intense on-court training, but also a bit of fun for the HEAD ace. The street-smart Scot goes urban in HEAD's newest viral video, demonstrating that superb touch with his HEAD YouTek Radical Pro is not just limited to the tennis court. The smiling Murray is fully at ease displaying his remarkable ad-hoc shot making and bulls-eye accuracy around town in London right before Wimbledon.

The newest viral from HEAD.COM looks like a candidate to exceed the runaway internet success of another effort featuring fellow HEAD player Novak Djokovic, whose "Tennis Machine experiment" clip generated more that a million online views in a month this spring (head.com/experiment).

The jeans-clad Murray works street magic with his HEAD in his one-and-a-half-minute video shot on all-but-deserted London rooftops and alleyways, with the wandering right-hander starting off easy with a few pinging ricochet shots off buildings.

When not juggling the tennis ball as a football in tribute to the summer World Cup in South Africa, Murray takes it to the next level as his racket substitutes for a rifle with machine-gun precision, his bullet serves breaking plates in an impromptu "skeet shoot" on an expansive, deserted roof.

Outdoing even that bit of extraordinary eye-hand coordination, the 23-year-old demonstrates dead-eye aim, knocking off a set of aluminium cans perched on a ledge in his own version of "target-practice," HEAD-style.

But Murray saves his best for last in a surprise ending, showing his devotion to HEAD, with the player producing a personalised touch which will leave viewers delightedly surprised and marvelling at the skills of a do-it-all shot maker working well away from his usual comfort zone on the court.
