Gold medal for Sarka Zahrobska at the Junior World Championships

Huge success for the Head-Tyrolia racer Sarka Zahrobska. She won the gold medal at the Junior World Championships, in Bardonecchia, Italy, and gave a demonstration of her extraordinary talent.

The Czech Zahrobska had the best view in Bardonecchia’s 'forest of poles' and won the gold in a time of 1:23.97 mins. Kathrin Zettel from Austria came second, (1:24.33 mins.), ahead of Ana Jelusic, CRO, (1:25.19). The well-fancied US rider, Resi Stiegler, only managed fourth place.
