On the podium again

Showing an impressive performance especially in the second part of the first run, Cuche scored first place on the challenging piste. In the final the Swiss again showed a very good race and captured the podium once again. Scoring second place and finishing on the podium in both Giant Slaloms after the WC, the Swiss was able to proceed in his streak of success.

Big chance to win the Crystal Globe

Finishing second at Kranjska Gora, HEAD racer Cuche was able to defend his lead in the Giant Slalom World Cup standings. With a total score of 414 points and only one race to go, the Swiss has a good chance to conquer the small Crystal Globe in this discipline.

Being ranked fifth in the Overall standings - with less than 100 points behind the leader - Cuche still keeps all chances to go for the big globe too.
