Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of the competition is the company HEAD SPORT GmbH (hereinafter, “HEAD”), a company incorporated under the laws of Austria, with registered number FN 64824 f, and with registered office at A- Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria.
2. The competition is open to anyone, except for employees of HEAD and employees of involved companies.
3. Austrian law shall be applied.
4. By participating in our competition, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of participation, and by the terms and conditions of the head.com website.
5. You may participate (i) by entering the prize code at head.com on the Internet or (ii) by sending a post card with the painting of your favourite tennis ball to HEAD Sport GmbH, “HEAD Golden Ball”, Wuhrkopfweg1, A-6921 Kennelbach or (iii) simply playing on head.com (Participation without obligation to buy).
6. The drawing of all prizes will be done randomly among all dispatched prize codes, online participants and post cards from all participating countries.
7. Participation is free of charge except for private costs for internet, mail or postage.
8. Only correctly sent prize codes (Code sent through the Internet at head.com) and post cards will participate in the competition.
9. The prizes ranges from watching Novak Djokovic preparing for an ATP tournament, hitting some balls with Novak in an exclusive training session and watching an ATP World Tour tournament from your VIP seats (for 2 persons, incl. flights and players’ hotel), but also prices such as rackets, grips, other Head accessories, bags, shoes, etc. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Winners of main prizes will be informed by phone or in writing. Recourse to law is excluded. There will be no correspondence in connection with the competition.
11. Once the winner is informed by HEAD, she/he will have to confirm that she/he accepts it within 10 calendar days. If the winner does not confirm within this term, the promotion will be without effect and the prize will be withdrawn.
12. If you participate through the Internet at head.com, HEAD will ascertain your mobile phone number, post and email address. Participants are obliged to provide correct information. The data ascertained will allow HEAD to inform participants of their prizes.
13. Each participant agrees that his/her data may be processed in the course of this competition. The data will not be disclosed. However, HEAD hereby informs you that participating in this competition and sending to HEAD your data, comports and implies your consent, so that HEAD could treat in an automated way your personal data and could include them in their corresponding automated files of data of personal character, with the aim of facilitating you, by an electronic way or in paper support, information related to HEAD, its web site head.com and its products. Likewise, HEAD informs you about the possibility that you exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data by contacting HEAD. HEAD is obliged to maintain and to keep the personal data that you provide confidentially.
14. The winner expressly accepts that her/his name could appear in publicity and promotional events of HEAD and that their names are published at head.com and, if applicable, also in other media.
15. The main prizes will be delivered by mail or by hand delivery within 30 calendar days since the confirmation of the winner. Should a winner not receive his/her prize in the abovementioned term, s/he may advise HEAD by email within 30 days after expiry of the above mentioned term. Otherwise, his/her claim to the prize will forfeit.
16. HEAD and the agency involved disclaim any liability for data loss, in particular by way of data transfer and other technical defects.
17. HEAD reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the competition or the head.com web site, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of the head.com website.
18. HEAD reserves the right to modify these official terms, if necessary. Notice of any modification will be given to participants on our home page.
19. The competition will start in April 2010 and will end on June 30st, 2010.
