  • ALL HEAD PENN FINAL AGAIN ON LADIES PROFESSIONAL RACQUETBALL TOUR

    For the sixth time this season, HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria and Maria Jose Vargas faced off in a tournament final on the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT). Longoria, the World’s No. 1 ranked player, and Vargas, the World’s No. 2 this season, have both dominated the top level of women’s professional racquetball all season long. Between the two, they have won every event during the 2014-2015 campaign except for one.

  • HEAD PENN’S PAOLA LONGORIA RETURNS TO WINNING WAYS

    HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria, the World’s No. 1 ranked player, bounced back from a rare tournament defeat earlier in the month to win the Southern California Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour event. In addition to winning the Professional Singles division in Fountain Valley, Longoria captured the Professional Doubles division.

  • HEAD PENN’S MARIA JOSE VARGAS CONTINUES CAREER YEAR

    HEAD Penn professional touring player Maria Jose Vargas won her second career professional tournament on Sunday at the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) New Jersey Open event. Vargas dropped the first game of the final before winning the next three games to capture the title. Maria’s first career professional victory came last December, also on the Eastern Seaboard in Virginia.

  • HEAD PENN’S PAOLA LONGORIA STRENGTHENS HOLD OF LPRT TOP RANKING

    HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria kicked off the second half of the 2014-2015 Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour season in the same dominating manner in which she cruised through the first half. The winner of five of the six events she played in this season, Longoria demolished the competition at the Winter Classic in Overland Park, Kansas without dropping a single game and only allowing 30 total points scored against her all weekend.

  • HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria Earns Pan American Games Spot

    February 12th, 2015

    Paola Longoria, the World’s top ranked female racquetball player, took home gold in both the Women’s Singles and Women’s Doubles competitions at the Campeonato Nacional Selectivo tournament over the weekend. Serving as the selection event for the 2015 Mexican National Team, winners will represent their country in upcoming international competitions including the Pan American Games this summer in Toronto.

    HEAD Penn professional touring player Maria Jose Vargas won her first career professional tournament on Sunday at the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) Christmas Classic event. Ranked as the No. 2 player in the world, Vargas was the top seed in the Virginia event.

  • HEAD PENN PLAYERS CARSON AND LONGORIA SWEEP PRO STOPS IN WASHINGTON STATE AND MEXICO

    HEAD Penn’s top male and female professional players both won events on their respective tours to kick off the holiday season. Paola Longoria, the World’s best female racquetball player, won the Grand Slam event named in her honor in her hometown of Monterrey, Mexico. Meanwhile the No. 2 ranked male player in the World, Rocky Carson, won the Kitsap Splat tournament across the Puget Sound from Downtown Seattle.
