  • Team HEAD Penn Hauls in the Medals from Junior Racquetball Championships

    Players from across the country descended on the hills outside Denver for the USA Racquetball Junior Olympic Championships, searching for a spot on the USA Junior National Team. Players on Junior Team HEAD Penn took home 18 medals from the event and three HEAD Penn players earned spots on the National Team.

  • HEAD PENN IS GOLDEN WITH GRAPHENE AT WORLD RACQUETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

    The world’s best racquetball players converged outside Toronto last week for the 2014 International Racquetball Federation’s (IRF) World Racquetball Championships and when the medals were awarded, players from HEAD Penn swept the podium. Just a few weeks ago Rocky Carson and Paola Longoria started swinging the new HEAD Graphene Radical 160 racquet, and today both players are World Champions yet again! Longoria won her second Women’s Singles World Championship for her native country of Mexico while Carson won his fourth Men’s Singles World Championship for the United States.

  • HEAD PENN’S PAOLA LONGORIA AND ROCKY CARSON FINISH THE SEASON ON TOP

    For the third consecutive season, HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria finished the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) with an unblemished record. In the season ending Pro Nationals event in Virginia, Longoria defeated fellow HEAD Penn teammate Maria Jose Vargas in the finals. As Paola wrapped up the season in the top spot yet again, Maria finished the year with a career best ranking of No. 3 among the best players in the world.

  • HEAD PENN’S MARIA JOSE VARGAS WINS PAN AMERICAN RACQUETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

    HEAD Penn’s Maria Jose Vargas became the first female player from Bolivia to win the Pan American Racquetball Championships while playing on the courts in her home town and country. The title is the first adult championship for the 21-year-old on the international stage. In 2012, Vargas won the 18 & Under Division at the International Racquetball Federation’s World Junior Championships.

  • HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria Continues Win Streak

    HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria won her 31st consecutive tournament on the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) in winning the Great Balls of Fire event in Southern Florida. Paola cruised through the draw winning four matches in the tournament to push her consecutive match winning streak to 124.

  • HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria Wins 30th Consecutive Pro Event

    HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria’s domination of the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) rolled on at the New Jersey Open this weekend. The event featured 19 of the top 20 ranked players on the LPRT, yet Longoria dominated the field only dropping a single game in the entire tournament.

    HEAD Penn’s Rocky Carson added to his ever growing trophy case over the weekend in the Arizona desert by capturing the United States National Championship in the National Team Qualifying Division. The title is Carson’s eighth career National Doubles Title.

  • Longoria Captures Singles and Doubles Titles at the Mexican National Championships

    February 11th, 2014

    HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria doubled up over the weekend when she captured the Mexican National Championships in both Women’s Singles and Women’s Doubles. With the victories, Longoria earns an automatic appointment to the Mexican National Racquetball Team for this year’s Pan American Championships to be held in April in Bolivia and the World Championships that will take place in June in Canada.
