HEAD signs sponsorship agreement with Swedish swim team for the Paralympics in London. Swimming is the second largest sport during the Games with 600 athletes and a total of 148 medals to compete for.
The biggest Swedish medal hopes for the Games in London are Anders Olsson and Maja Reichard. Anders holds the world record of 400m freestyle and Maja recently broke the world record of 50m breaststroke in the German Open Championships.
"We are very proud to be partner with this great team and will provide our Swedish swimmers with the best conditions and equipment to perform at its peak in London and during the year," said Chris Flodén, director of HEAD Swimming / Nordic countries. The agreement includes complete training and competition equipment for the team.
Swedish television will broadcasts live from the Paralympics every day from August 26 to September 10.
