NOVAK DJOKOVIC WINS FOURTH TITLE IN DUBAI

Playing with his new YouTek™ Graphene™ Speed Novak Djokovic continues to dominate on the ATP World Tour this season. With a 7-5, 6-3 defeat over fellow HEAD Racquet Rebel Tomas Berdych, who serves with the new YouTek™ Graphene™ Instinct, the World No.1 captured his fourth Dubai Duty Free Championships title within five years. Novak won 13 out of the last 14 HEAD-to-HEAD matches against the Czech Davis Cup champion.

The Serb finished the final on his second match point as he drove a forehand winner into the corner. "I had the toughest challenge, I had Tomas who was obviously aggressive from the start and feeling confident after his win against Roger," said Djokovic. "But I felt when I came from break down that I started believing in myself a little bit more.”

"It's been a thrilling week for me, it was close, a matter of a few points." Djokovic now stands 28-3 in Dubai and will keep a strong grip on the top ATP ranking position while heading to Indian Wells for this week's start of the first of the two North American Masters 1000.

Nova Djokovic has not lost a match yet since he started playing with his new HEAD Graphene™ Speed racquet and he won 18 consecutive matches since he was last beaten on October 31st at Paris Bercy on the ATP World Tour. Berdych had reached the Marseille final indoors a week ago before he travelled overnight to Dubai to be ready for play on outdoor hard courts. "I had a couple of chances with break points but when you are playing the best returner in the world, the advantage is not exactly huge." said Berdych. "I started well and played quite well, but it was not enough today."

In Delray Beach, Florida, HEAD's 34-year-old Tommy Haas played his second semi-final of the month with his YouTek™ IG Prestige, in a fighting 6-3, 4-6 7-6(2) loss to Ernest Gulbis. Haas has been played on excellent form after the Australian Open exit, and his back in the top 20 of the Emirates ATP World Tour rankings.
