HEAD Partners With Registro Profesional De Tenis

HEAD International announced the start of a four year partnership with RPT (Registro Profesional de Tenis), an organization based in Spain that offers educational programs and services to tennis coaches and tennis training centers world-wide. Furthermore, RPT organizes around 200 tournaments throughout the year for juniors and adults.

“This partnership strengthens HEAD's focus and commitment to work with coaching organizations around the world on a grass roots level," says Robert Marte, Executive Vice President of the Racquetsports Division. "We value the opportunity to bring our innovative designs and new technologies to the 11,500 Registro Profesional de Tenis members in 112 countries."

The Registro Profesional de Tenis, founded in Spain in 1988, provides year-round educational courses. Around 3.000 coaches participate in those courses per year which take place all over Europe, Asia and USA.
Through 2011, HEAD will partner with RPT to provide products and information for inclusion in books, DVD's and monthly mailings to the organization's membership base.
