Biography

World-class Super-G athlete Last season was also the best one so far for Mattia Casse. In the Super-G he finished among the top ten five times, including a fifth place in Kitzbühel. In the Super-G overall ranking, the junior Downhill World Champion of 2010 finished sixth. In his spare time Casse enjoys playing golf with his mates. When he is out riding his bike, he also enjoys the speed - just like on the slopes. Casse comes from Moncalieri, a town in the Piemont region, and like every true Italian he loves pasta, but his idol is Austrian: Hermann Maier.
