Laura Massaro turned pro in 2002 and progressed up the rankings to reach the top 10 in 2008. In August 2011 she broke into the world’s top 5 and can be considered top player since that moment.
Thanks to various titles and successful participations she could claim the first position as the Women’s World No.1 the first time in early 2016.
