GET FIT FAST WITH THIS 20-MINUTE HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING WORKOUT

Getting a high-intensity workout can be hard with a busy schedule. This great 20-minute workout will get you ripped in no time. You can even do it with your partner or friend. Fitness trainers Fabrice and Bojana provide a complete body workout that can be modified for every level. 

Bojana recommends for those new to the exercises to adjust the breaks to 30-60 seconds. Fabrice loves to workout at home with resistance weights. He recommends doing the workout right in your living room in front of the tv watching Netflix.

Instructions

1. Do each exercise for 30 seconds.

2. Rest for 15 (advanced) - 60 (beginner) seconds.
