TERMS AND CONDITIONS - "Club Head Q&A"
I. General
1. The Club Head Q&A is an one hour live online questions and answers session organised by HEAD Sport GmbH, Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria ("HEAD") that is held in English and online on October 8th via Microsoft Teams (“Event”) and will give you the opportunity to have your questions answered by our HEAD tennis experts. Prior to the Event, Head will give away tickets exclusively to a limited number of 300 Club Head members who signed up for the Event on https://www.head.com/club-head/q-a-session (“Spots”). The Spots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2. HEAD will report publicly about the Event.
Unless provided otherwise herein the Event is free of charge and is only subject to the present Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) and to all applicable laws and regulations.
By entering and, if selected, participating in the Event you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these T&C and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. If you do not agree to these T&C, you may not participate in the Event.
II. Sign-up Process and selection of Participants
1. The sign-up process (“Sign-up Process”) begins on September 7 and ends on 20 September or as soon as the 300 available Spots have been allocated on a first come, first served basis exclusively to Club Head members, whichever is earliest (“Term”). The 300 Spots will be allocated based on the time stamp the respective sign-up form was given when it has been received by our system.
2. In order to participate you need to reside in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. People from other countries cannot participate.
Subject to the above, everyone of legal age, who is not excluded from the Event according to clause II./3 of these T&C, may participate in the Sign-up Process. If we find out that a minor under the legal age has registered for the Event we will promptly delete all data submitted to us and free up the Spot for eligible participants.
3. The following people are excluded from participation in the Event:
Non-Club Head members, HEAD employees and their families, and the employees and families of partners of HEAD, who are involved with the design, organization and implementation of this Event.
4. Signing up is only possible via https://www.head.com/club-head/q-a-session. Registration can be accomplished by completing these 2 steps:

Fill in the sign-up form on https://www.head.com/club-head/q-a-session during the Term by entering your first and last name and email address,

Tick the checkbox that you want to participate in the Event, accept these T&C and confirm that you are of legal age (18+).
During the Sign-up Process, you can also post the question(s) you would like to have answered by our HEAD tennis experts. Note, that you do not have to submit a question in order to take part in the Event. Further, you will be able to submit questions during the Event by using the chat function of Microsoft Teams (see also at Section 9 below).
5. Participants may only sign up once. Even if Participants enter more than once during the Term, they will only be given a single Spot in this Event if their entry falls within the first 300 entries.
6. The Participants will be allocated a Spot on a first come, first served basis. A Spot will be secured if your sign-up form was amongst the first 300 received by our system according to the respective time stamp your sign-up form was given. HEAD will inform you via Email one week before the Event if you were allocated a Spot and will provide the access link to the Event at the same time. No software download is required to join the Event – all you need is an active internet connection.
7. If the contact details provided by the Participant are incorrect (e.g., name or email address), the organizer is not obliged to find out the correct details. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the Participant. This only applies if the organizer has not acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
8. The prize is one of 300 Spots to the Event.
There is only on Spot available per person.
9. HEAD’s tennis experts will answer as many questions as possible during the one hour Q&A live session, but cannot guarantee that all questions will be answered. In addition to the questions submitted during the Sign-Up Process, Participants will have the chance to ask further questions by using the Microsoft Teams chat function. No names, video or recording will be visible/audible for other Participants and the HEAD tennis experts will not mention the names connected to any questions. Further, the Event will not be recorded.
10. No cash alternatives will be provided and Spots are not exchangeable and non‐transferable.
11. The Event will be run at HEAD´s sole discretion. HEAD’s decision in relation to all matters in connection with the Event is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
IV. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
1. These T&C are exclusively subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the referral provisions of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.
2. Any legal issues that arise in connection with the performance of and participation in this Event will exclusively be dealt with by the relevant courts in the place of jurisdiction of the HEAD headquarters in 6921 Kennelbach, provided this does not contravene any compulsory legislation for consumers. HEAD may however also elect to apply to the courts of the residence of Participant.
