Biography
Another big name in skiing joined the circle of HEAD brand ambassadors in 2022: Hans Olsson, who competed in the World Cup from 2004 to 2015, supports the HEAD team with his expertise. The Swedish athlete has always been closely associated with alpine skiing. In 2004, he won the Gold medal in the Super-G at the Junior World Championships in Maribor. In March of the same year he made his World Cup debut in Kvitfjell. In total, he competed in 155 World Cup races. With the Swedish team he won Silver at the 2007 World Championships in Aare and Bronze at the 2011 World Championships in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Hans Olsson raced to the World Cup podium on two occasions when he finished third in the Downhill. Following on from his active skiing career, he worked for the organising committee of the 2019 World Championships in Aare. His brother Jon Olsson is also a ski athlete.
