Biography

In 2021/22, Lena Dürr conjured up her best racing season so far: The Slalom specialist stood on the podium for the first time this season in Levi, where she finished third. Another three podium finishes followed by the end of the season. Representing Germany at the Olympic Games in Beijing, she celebrated winning Silver in the Team event. Lena Dürr has already stood on top of the podium in the World Cup: at the 2013 City Event in Moscow, she won the Parallel Slalom. She is a customs guard, and is a member of the German customs ski team. Her role model is part of the family: her father Peter was also a successful skier. Lena Dürr comes from Munich, but lives in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. After all, a ski athlete naturally feels at home in the mountains.
