Participation in the Program is voluntary, but requires your opt-in consent. To join the Program, go to www.head.com/club-head, follow the prompts to create a customer account and tick the box marked "Terms & Conditions". You will be required to provide your first and last name, email address, shipping address and password. After registering for the Program, you will receive an email to the email address you have provided asking you to confirm your registration. After you have confirmed your registration, your membership will be activated. By signing up, you consent to our collection, use, sale, sharing, and processing of your personal information.
You may withdraw from the Program at any time by unticking the box marked "Terms & Conditions" in your customer account or by writing to us at askus@us.head.com. If you deregister from the Program, your customer account will be deactivated immediately (or within two business days if you sent us an email with your request to deregister from the Program). Following deregistration, your entire customer account will be permanently deleted , at which point all value accrued becomes void.
The value of the benefits provided varies as individuals take advantage of the benefits and rewards offered via the Program to different degrees. We estimate that the value of consumers’ personal information provided in connection with the Program is equivalent to the relevant expenses related to the collection and storage of that personal information. Any difference in price or benefits provided to customers who participate in the Program is reasonably related to the value of the personal information provided, taking account of the fact that the primary purpose of our promotions is to offer discounts and other benefits to our loyal customers.

You have the right to delete your personal information associated with the Program by deregistering from the Program. You can deregister at any time by unticking the box marked "Terms & Conditions" in your customer account or by writing to us at askus@us.head.com . If you deregister from the Program, your customer account will be deactivated immediately (or within two business days if you sent us an email with your request to deregister from the Program). Following deregistration, your entire customer account will be permanently deleted , at which point all value accrued becomes void; at this point, we will be unable to link your benefits to you, and therefore you will be no longer be able to receive benefits from the Program.
