My whole life has been the mountain. From the age of 4, I was skiing and spending time with my parents on the hill. As I got older, I did many different local ski programs, including racing for a few years with Turoa Race Team. Little did I know that this would form the building blocks I would need to later begin competing on the Freeride World Qualifier circuit. A few of my friends were competing in freeride skiing which helped to grow my passion for this type of skiing. Eventually, I made the move to compete in my first competition in New Zealand called The North Face Frontier. I gained a 3rd in one of these events and havent looked back since. My goal is to win the Freeride World Tour, which is the highest level of competition for freeride in the world.
