His performance in the 2019/20 European Cup season was also impressive: he won the overall ranking, was first in the Giant Slalom ranking, second in the Slalom ranking, second in the Combined event ranking and fourth in the Super-G ranking. At the World Junior Championships in 2019, Atle Lie McGrath took silver in the Combined event.
