Arturo Coello is one of the world’s most incredible padel players. Standing 190 cm, this left-hander has fully mastered the game and is able to pull out a wide variety of shots, with people already comparing him to the greats of this sport.

After a flawless run through the junior tour, Arturo decided to start competing on the World Padel Tour in 2019 at the age of 17. His pulverising forehand shot him through to the main draw of both the Marbella Master and Valladolid Master in his first year on tour.

The following year Arturo unleashed his game at the 20x10 and became a feared opponent at the quarter finals of the Estrella Damm Open, Valencia Open, Barcelona Master and Menorca Open, and other tournaments. At the end of the year Arturo was named Padel Spain’s Newcomer of the Year at the World Padel Awards 2020.

In 2021 he skyrocketed up the rankings finishing as the year-end No. 15 on the men’s tour, qualifying for the Master Final. In 2022 he won three tournaments: Miami, becoming the youngest player in history to win a WPT tournament, Amsterdam, and the Madrid Master, establishing himself as one of the up-and-coming stars. Although his best padel would come in 2023, with a stellar string of titles to start the year: Abu Dhabi, La Rioja (Argentina), Chile, Paraguay and Granada.

But the best would come in 2023 with a total of 11 victories on the professional circuit. Quite a feat. His legend has already begun and we will be keeping a close eye on this star, linked to the Extreme Pro, as he’ll get people talking.
