The 31-year-old Czech athlete won Olympic gold in the Super-G at the 2018 Winter Olympics and claimed bronze in the Downhill at the 2025 World Championships. With four World Cup victories to date – two in Downhill and two in Super-G – the speed specialist has stood on the top step of the podium multiple times.
Alongside her alpine skiing career, Ester Ledecká has also established herself as one of the world's most successful snowboarders, winning a total of five Olympic and World Championship titles. Following Henrik Kristoffersen, Christof Innerhofer, Alice Robinson, and Lara Colturi, she becomes the fifth high-profile athlete to join the HEAD team.
"Ester Ledecká is, of course, a very special athlete. Her dual focus on alpine skiing and snowboarding presents a new and exciting challenge for us," says HEAD Racing Director Rainer Salzgeber. "She has already demonstrated her immense potential, most notably with her Olympic victory. If we can perfectly fine-tune her equipment to meet her needs, I expect her to compete at the highest level in Downhill and Super-G and challenge for the Crystal Globes."

"I am convinced that ski and snowboard equipment is like a magic wand – it chooses the rider, not the other way around. Anyone who truly understands equipment knows this," says Ester Ledecká. "I can only trust its decision, and I am convinced that we can achieve great things together."
