30 DAY RETURN
We want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase on HEAD.com. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund of the product. Please contact Customer Service by email (contact@au.head.com) our customer team will explain the process, step by step and advise you on the paperwork they require and generate a RA number for the return.
RETURNS
We are happy to offer a refund on all HEAD items providing they are returned within 30 days, they have not been used and are in saleable condition. All tags must be attached and intact.
If you wish to return two separate orders, please do so by using the individual shipments.
Returns Charges
The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases of order errors.
EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer exchanges on our products, if you would like a different size, please return your item for a refund and repurchase the new size.
Delivery Locations
We only ship within Australia. Delivery of certain items to specific locations may not be feasible. Excluded areas include the Australian Antarctic Territory, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, and Cocos Island.
