Winning With Your Feet

Volley runs are a great way to exercise and improve footwork on court. How’s your footwork game?

Volley runs require quick movements and changes of direction which is pretty crucial when you’re on court. It takes a lot of dexterity to move fast, reach that ball and get it into the right position to hit.

 

It’s perfect for working on hand-eye coordination since volley runs require the player to track the ball and hit it accurately. It’s also a great exercise for cardio fitness, since the high-intensity of the practise gets that heart rate up.

 

But most of all, volley runs are actually great fun!
