"Not many people notch up their first podium after just twelve World Cup races. That was an outstanding achievement. We know, however, that he is still a young skier who has much experience to gain. I'm not expecting a season of victories straight away, but I hope that he will continue to develop with us step by step. We also know what potential he has and that gives us a lot to look forward to."
