Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund of the product. Please contact Customer Service by email (service@shop.head.com) to receive a return slip.
RETURNS
We are happy to offer a refund on all HEAD items providing they are returned within 30 days, they have not been used and are in saleable condition. All tags must be attached and intact. The right of revocation does not apply to personalized products as skis and bindings which have been mounted and adjusted in accordance with your specifications. Moreover, the right of revocation does not apply on items which have been sealed due to hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken or damaged.
If you wish to return two separate orders, please do so by using the individual return labels.
EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer exchanges on our products, if you would like a different size, please return your item for a refund and repurchase the new size.
Please note that we do not deliver to Gibraltar and British Channel Islands because of special regulations.
