Marie-Michele Gagnon feels at home in all ski racing disciplines. She is most successful in Combined events, however. It is in this discipline that the Canadian athlete celebrated her two World Cup victories so far - 2014 in Altenmarkt and 2016 in Soldeu. Marie-Michele Gagnon comes from the small town of Lac-Etchemin in Quebec, the French-speaking part of Canada. Her friends call her Mitch and describe her as energetic, persistent and optimistic. She loves all outdoor sports such as mountain biking, ski touring, kayaking, surfing and hiking.
