Slalom specialist & college student. Tanguy Nef is a very special ski racer in many ways. The Swiss athlete comes from Geneva, i.e. from the lowlands in Switzerland, but nevertheless stood on skis for the first time at the age of three and competed in his first race just two years later. Nef, the son of a university professor, attended the ski high school in Brig and since 2016 has been successfully mixing ski racing with his studies in computer science and economics at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, USA. As a Slalom specialist, he has already finished in the top-ten several times in the World Cup. His big goals are to podium in the World Cup as soon as possible and to win a medal at the next Olympic Games. Surfing, mountain climbing and cycling are amongst his hobbies.
