HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria Earns 9th Year End Professional Title

Overland Park, Kansas – June 10, 2018

For the seventh consecutive season and ninth overall, HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria finished atop the season ending Professional Singles rankings on the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT). The season ended at the TeamRoot.com Classic event in suburban Kansas City, where Longoria won her seventh tournament of the season. For the 2017-18 LPRT Season, Paola won seven of the eight tournaments she played in.

In her professional career, Longoria has won 402 matches to just 30 losses, an overall winner percentage of more than 90 percent! Paola also finished the 2017-18 season as the top ranked Professional Doubles player.

The LPRT will take the summer off, however Paola will represent her native country of Mexico at the 2018 International Racquetball Federation’s (IRF) World Championships in August. On the international stage, Longoria has won 38 medals playing for Team Mexico. Of those medals, 32 have been gold. She has won three World Singles Championships and three World Doubles Championships.
