"Worldcup Rebels Bet – Men Super G in Lillehammer"

I. General

1.   “Worldcup Rebels Bet – Men Super G in Lillehammer” is a sweepstake organised by HEAD Sport GmbH, Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria ("HEAD") that runs from March 16th, 2026 17:00 CET until March 22nd, 2026 12:30 CET. (“Competition”).

2.  This sweepstake is a public competition. HEAD will also report publicly about the Competition. 

Unless provided otherwise herein this Competition is free of charge and is only subject to the present Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) and to all applicable laws and regulations. 

By entering and participating in the Competition you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these T&C and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. If you do not agree to these T&C, you may not participate in the Competition. 

II. Competition process and selection of winner

1. The Competition begins on March 16th, 2026 17:00 CET until March 22nd, 2026 12:30 CET (“Term”).    

2. In order to participate you need to reside in one of the following countries:  
Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia. People from other countries cannot participate.

Subject to the above, everyone above the age of 18, who is not excluded from the Competition according to clause II./3 of these T&C, may participate in the Competition. If we find out that a minor under the age of 18 has registered for the Competition we will promptly delete all data submitted to us.

3. The following people are excluded from participation in the Competition:
HEAD employees and their families, and the employees and families of partners of HEAD, who are involved with the design, organization and implementation of this Competition. 

4. The participation in the Competition is only possible via our website www.head.com. Registration can be accomplished by completing these 4 steps:

a) Let us know who you think will win the Men Super G in Lillehammer on March 22nd, 2026 by voting for one candidate from the choices presented to you on our website,
b) Register for the Competition via the form on our website during the Term by entering your first and last name, email address and country,
c) Tick the checkbox that you accept these T&C and consent to receive our newsletter and
d) Confirm the confirmation email, which you will receive after completing your registration.

5.  Participants may only enter the Competition once (with a single email address). Even if Participants enter more than once, they will only be given a single participation in this Competition. 

6. There will be one (1) winner, who will be randomly drawn no later than April 10th, 2026 from the pool of Participants who correctly voted for the athlete winning the respective Worldcup race. In case of winning Participant will be notified by HEAD via e-mail within 4 days after the draw (“Selected Winner”). Selected Winner may reject any prize awarded to them. If a Selected Winner does not confirm the acceptance of the prize within 10 days after receiving the notification of winning mentioned in this clause II.6, the notification will be without effect and the prize will be withdrawn. In this case HEAD reserves the right to determine an alternative winner by conducting subsequent random drawings until the winner is determined. The same applies if a Selected Winner rejects the prize.

7. The prize:

- 1 pair of HEAD skis + 1 pair of HEAD bindings of Winner’s choice from a selected variety of our products on stock at the time of notification of Winner.

8. Once Participant has accepted the prize (“Winner”), HEAD will delivered it to Winner by courier/mail. HEAD bears the delivery cost of the prizes, however, all other potential costs related to winning a price, such as any taxes or duties shall be borne by Winner. 

9. HEAD reserves the right to replace any or all prizes with prizes of a similar value.

10. No cash alternatives will be provided and prizes are not exchangeable, non‐transferable and non‐refundable. 

11. HEAD does not accept any liability for errors in the submission and transmission of submissions. HEAD does not accept any responsibility for registrations that are lost, arrive late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged, or invalid in any other way. 

12. The Competition will be run at HEAD´s sole discretion. HEAD’s decision in relation to all matters in connection with the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The recourse of the courts is excluded. 

III. Data protection 

1. For further information and details regarding data processing please see our Privacy Policy. 

Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data will be processed by HEAD (Controller) for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Competition (e.g. to contact Selected Winner) as well as for the subscription to our newsletter and its distribution as described in detail in clauses II and III of these T&C and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw you consent to receive the newsletter, for example, via the “Unsubscribe” button within the e-mail newsletter, at any time. Please note that unsubscribing does not affect your participation in the Competition or your chances to win. 

2. This data might also be transmitted to official partners inside and outside of the European Union to support to performance of the Competition (e.g. carrier for delivery of prize, other members of the HEAD group for administrative purposes). If the personal data is processed in a country that does not have a recognized level of data protection such as the European Union, we will use contractual or other recognized means to ensure that such personal data is properly protected.

3. As long as Participants are still subscribed to our newsletter, their personal data will not be deleted. If Participants unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will delete or anonymize their personal data after the following period: 
- Mere Participants and Selected Winners: six months after the end of the Competition, 
- Winner: seven years after the receipt or consumption of the prize, 
- In any case: if applicable until the expiry of the guarantee, warranty, limitation and statutory retention periods valid for us and/or beyond this until the ending of any legal disputes in which the data are required as evidence.

4. Participants have the right to information over their personal data stored, deletion and correction of the data saved concerning their person, withdraw their consent to processing of their personal data, data portability, object to processing of their personal data, to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise any of those rights Participants may send an inquiry to privacy@head.com indicating which right they are referring to. 

IV. Liability and Warranty  

1. Participants are herewith informed that for the prize (skis + ski bindings) the same warranty and operational provisions will be applicable as for products sold by retailers. However, HEAD shall not be liable for anything additionally. 
2. In particular, HEAD herewith explicitly reminds the potential winner of a prize that the ski bindings still must be mounted and adjusted professionally by an authorised sports retailer. HEAD shall not be liable for any damage which results from an incorrect adjustment or for an adjustment not made by an authorized professional.

V. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

1.  These T&C are exclusively subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria, provided this does not contravene any compulsory legislation. 

2. Any legal issues that arise in connection with the performance of and participation in this Competition will exclusively be dealt with by the relevant courts in the place of jurisdiction of the HEAD headquarters, provided this does not contravene any compulsory legislation. HEAD may however also elect to apply to the courts of the residence of Participant. 

3. If any clauses of these T&C should prove wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected.
