Biography

"I want to improve every day, feel progress in the right direction, stay healthy, and enjoy working hard on my development," is how Patrick Feurstein describes his goals. The athlete from the Vorarlberg province in Austria certainly developed in the right direction in the 2021/22 season. In the Giant Slalom, his favourite discipline, he is now one of the world's top athletes - with a 4th place finish in Alta Badia and a 7th place in Courchevel/Meribel. His first podium finish in the World Cup was second place in the Team Parallel Event in Courchevel/Meribel. Born in 1996, Patrick Feurstein stood on skis for the first time at the age of two-and-a-half. At the age of six he started to train with Bregenzerwald Ski Club; today he is a member of the Mellau Ski Association. Patrick Feurstein first competed in the World Cup on 19 December 2018, in the Giant Slalom in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Patrick Feurstein's hobbies hobbies are soccer and photography. His cousin Lukas is also a HEAD Worldcup Rebel.
