Terms and Conditions – HEAD Speed Racquet Signed by Jannik Sinner Giveaway
Competition
The HEAD Speed Racquet Signed by Jannik Sinner Giveaway ("Competition") is organised by HEAD Oceania Pty Ltd ("Promoter").
This Competition is a public promotion conducted via Meta platforms. HEAD may also report publicly about the Competition.
Unless stated otherwise herein, entry into this Competition is free of charge and subject only to these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") and all applicable laws and regulations.
By entering and participating in the Competition, you ("Entrant") agree to be bound by these T&Cs and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you may not participate.
Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 15 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 21 June 2026 ("Competition Period").
Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
Eligible Entrants
Entry is open only to persons who are:
• Australian residents; and
• Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Entrants residing outside Australia are not eligible to enter.
To be eligible to enter, Entrants must also be an active Club HEAD member during the Competition Period.
Ineligible Entrants
Directors, management, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and the Promoter's related bodies corporate and associated agencies, retailers, suppliers and companies, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
For the purposes of this clause, "immediate families" includes spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, stepchild, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin.
How to Enter
To enter the Competition, Entrants must during the Competition Period:
• Be a registered Club HEAD member, opted-in for communications; and
• Complete and submit the official entry form via the Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead generation advertisement for the Competition.
Only fully completed and valid entries will be accepted.
By entering, Entrants consent to receiving marketing communications (including offers, news, surveys and promotions) from HEAD Oceania Pty Ltd in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
Limits of Entry
• Limit of one (1) entry per person.
• Multiple entries from the same person may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
• Entries must not be late, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent.
Draw Details
This Competition is a game of chance.
• One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place on 22 June 2026 at the Promoter's offices.
• All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Details
The winner ("Winner") will receive:
• One (1) HEAD Speed tennis racquet signed by Jannik Sinner.
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Prize Conditions
• Prize components are subject to availability.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a product of equal or greater value if required.
• The Winner is responsible for any additional costs not expressly included in the Prize.
Notification of Winner
The Winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact details provided in their entry within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the Winner does not respond within two (2) business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise advised by the Entrant.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these T&Cs limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Competition or accepting the Prize.

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition at any time if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
