Registration on the Website/data for people under the age of 16
Some data is collected simply through use of this Website (more details regarding this can be found in our privacy policy). It may be necessary to register or to provide personal data in order to use certain offerings/services on this Website (e.g. newsletter, competitions, webshop). HEAD does not seek to collect any information from people under the age of 16 or conduct any transactions with people under the legal age in their country without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Restriction of content on this Website
All content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated it. HEAD is not obligated to review the content published by users of this Website and HEAD is not responsible for such content. HEAD has the right but no obligation to monitor and/or moderate the content, as well as to remove content from this Website at any time at its own discretion and to restrict user access to any subsections of this Website at any time.
