These Women Rule Their Sport, and So Can You!
At HEAD, we are fortunate enough to work with some inspiring athletes. They have overcome obstacles bigger than themselves to make their dreams a reality, whether on the icy slopes of the Rocky Mountains or the hard courts of Flushing Meadows. They are champions, each one in their own way. Here, they pass on their most important lessons.

"To achieve your goals, it's important to listen to yourself. Know when to push yourself and when to take a break, regroup, and refocus. You're not always going to have good days and feel 100% all the time, so listen to your body and take care of your mental health. Listening to yourself also means that only you know what you're capable of, so take good criticism from those you trust, but don't let anyone tell you, you can't do something."

Former Downhill Ski Racing Champion
“I hope I can help inspire women and girls to believe in themselves and have the courage to do things their way. I was told I was too short to play tennis but I didn’t give up on my dreams. Whatever you choose to do in life, stay true to yourself and have a smile on your face.”
Ash Barty

“Never put a limit on your dreams. With hard work, you can do anything.”
Coco Gauff

"With commitment, hard work and dedication anything is possible. I want to be the best version of myself, and if I can be 1% better each day - I know I’m moving towards my dream. A few years back I started saying my dreams and goals to myself each day. I was reminded what my goals were, how I wanted to reach them and why it was important to me. This has been an important part of my life, helping me take more of the right decision every day."
Hedvig Wessel

"Focus on your own process and timing. Don't try to be the next anyone, remember that you're the first you. It's your time to shine!"
Sloane Stephens

"There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. If you love your work, you’ll be out there every day trying to do it the best you possibly can."
