HEAD Endure Pro Tennis Shoe – Performance Fit Guarantee

In order for you to feel confident in your purchase and to ensure that your new shoes are comfortable and fit your feet, HEAD Sport GmbH, Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria (“HEAD”, “we”) is offering a Performance Fit Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) on the HEAD Endure Pro Tennis Shoe (Endure Pro, model #273025, #273035 and Endure Boa #273005, #273015; hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Shoe”).

If the Shoe is not the right fit for you, you can return it for a full refund as set out below.

1. Scope

This Guarantee only applies to purchases of the Shoe on www.head.com in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

This Guarantee, further, does not apply to Shoes purchased through outlet or clearance sales.

This Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.

2. Guarantee Period

This Guarantee is valid on purchases made between 17 July 2025 and 30 September 2025 (the “Guarantee Period”).

3. Guarantee Eligibility and Return Process

You can take the Shoe to the court to test it and see if it fits your foot. Should it turn out that the Shoe is not the right fit for you and you bought it during the Guarantee Period, you can return it within the first 30 days of the date of purchase – no questions asked. 

Simply contact Customer Service at service@shop.head.com and provide proof of purchase (i.e the order confirmation showing the model number, date of purchase and purchase price) who will check if your case is covered by this Guarantee. If the check is positive, we will provide a return label for an easy return at no cost for you and will refund the purchase price within 30 days after receipt of the Shoe.

HEAD reserves the right to reject claims under this Guarantee in case of fraud or abuse.

This Guarantee is valid for one return per purchase only. 

HEAD HEREBY DISCLAIMS FOR ITSELF ANY GUARANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE GUARANTEES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND GUARANTEES BASED ON COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OR TRADE.

IN ADDITION TO THIS GUARANTEE, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO STATUTORY WARRANTY CLAIMS WITHOUT RESTRICTION.
