In the first Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT) event held outside of North America since 2015, HEAD Penn’s Maria Jose Vargas prevailed from a loaded field to win the ‘Open Bolivia American Iris’ Grand Slam tournament.

Top players from HEAD Penn’s National Racquetball Playing Staff dominated the desert last weekend at the 2019 U.S.A. Racquetball National Doubles Championships. The event also offered singles play towards the qualification process to make the U.S. National Racquetball team. Players making Team U.S.A. will compete later this year at the Pan American Championship in Colombia and at the Pan American Games in Peru.

For the seventh consecutive season and ninth overall, HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria finished atop the season ending Professional Singles rankings on the Ladies Professional Racquetball Tour (LPRT). The season ended at the TeamRoot.com Classic event in suburban Kansas City, where Longoria won her seventh tournament of the season. HEAD Penn’s Paola Longoria, the No. 1 ranked player in the world, has won Mexico’s National Women’s Singles Title yet again. With her win in the 20-player National Championship draw, Paola officially punched her ticket to a spot on the Mexican National Team.
