TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “EXCLUSIVE MEET & GREET WITH HEAD’S WORLDCUP REBELS” (THE “COMPETITION”)

This Competition is run from the Competition Period (as defined in Section 2.1) by HEAD Sport GmbH (“HEAD”, whose registered office is located at Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria.  HEAD is the sole organizer of this Competition. HEAD Sport GmbH, Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria acts exclusively as sponsor of the Competition. 
Unless provided otherwise herein, this Competition is free of charge and is only subject to the present Terms & Conditions and to all applicable laws and regulations. 
By entering and participating in this Competition, you ("Participant", or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that You satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. If participants do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, they may not participate in the Competition. 

§1 ELIGIBILITY

1.1 You acknowledge that You are at least 18 years of age (or over the age of majority for Your jurisdiction if higher) at the time of participation and You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 
1.2 Please note that HEAD is not liable in case Participants are not legally allowed to take part in the Competition due to national or local laws.  
1.3 HEAD employees and their families, and the employees and families of partners of HEAD, who are involved with the design, organisation and implementation of this Competition, are excluded from participation in this Competition.

§2 COMPETITION PERIOD 

2.1 This Competition starts on Oct 5th 2025, 00:00 CET and ends on Nov 2nd, 23:59 CET (“Competition Period”). Entries received thereafter will not be considered. 
2.2 In order to participate you need to reside in one of the following countries:  
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Andorra, Portugal, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg or Liechtenstein. People from other countries cannot participate.

§3 RULES OF THE COMPETITION AND OF PARTICIPATION 

3.1 The participation in this Competition is only possible on Instagram (“Platform”). For participation in this Competition, an account on the Platform is required. Participants may only take part in the Competition from a single profile on the Platform. Even if You try to participate more than once in this Competition, You will only be given a single participation in this Competition. This Competition is not linked to the Platform and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated in any way with the Platform. Your use of the Platform is subject to the Platform’s Terms of Use; for details, please see here. HEAD disclaims any liability should You fail to comply with the Platform’s Terms of Use. 
3.2 In order to participate in this Competition, You need to complete these three (3) steps within the Competition Period and need to maintain this status until a winner is drawn:
a)    Follow the Instagram accounts @head_ski and @head_rebels,
b)    Like the post of the Competition provided on the @head_ski and @head_rebels Instagram channels marked “Exclusive Meet & Greet with Worldcup Rebels”
c)    Tag a friend who you want to invite to this unique Meet & Greet experience!

Please also make sure that Your account on the Platform is publicly available so that it is possible to contact You in case You get drawn as a winner. Only by following all steps of the described procedure, You will be eligible to enter the Competition.  
3.3 HEAD takes no responsibility for the actions of the Participant in the giveaway process. Especially if other accounts get mentioned (tagged), HEAD takes no responsibility for the compliance of third parties or any Participant. No comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will be allowed. If it becomes evident that any of the Participants have not met the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, or that the data provided for participation is not valid, the participation is considered null and void and the Participant will automatically be excluded from the Competition, losing all rights to the prize(s) on offer in the Competition. HEAD reserves the right to determine alternative winners by conducting subsequent random drawings until the required number of winners is determined. 
3.4 By entering, each Participant warrants and represents the following with respect to his/her Submission: (a) Participant has all rights to submit his/her Submission; (b) the Submission will therefore not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and (c) any third parties appearing in the Submission have given Participant appropriate consent (consent of legal guardians if applicable) for the respective use. 

§4 THE SELECTION PROCESS 

4.1 Entries close on Nov 2nd, 23:59 CET, and the winner will be selected by chance from the pool of all correct entries made until then.
4.2 The winner of this Competition will be informed on the Platform via direct messaging within 7 days. Any information required for HEAD to conduct this Competition shall also be provided via direct message on the Platform. 
4.3 If You are drawn as a winner, please wait for our message and then answer by sending us Your full name, e‐mail address and phone number. The contact details that You provide will be used to notify You and for event registration, so please make sure they are correct. Any information required for HEAD to conduct this Competition shall also be provided via direct message on Instagram. 
4.4 HEAD undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate hardware and software service for the Competition and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; errors in transmission; prize notification deliveries attempted but not received; any loss suffered by anyone who enters or attempts to enter the Competition, whether the entry is lost, not submitted, wrongly processed or does not win. 

§5 THE PRIZE 

5.1 There will be one (1) winner who will receive one (1) „Exclusive Meet & Greet with HEAD’s Worldcup Rebels” for him/her and one (1) accompanying person of their choice. In addition, the winner and their escort will receive free entry to the AUDI FIS Ski World Cup races in Obergurgl on Nov 22nd and 23rd, 2025. The Meet & Greet will take place at the Hotel Edelweiss in Obergurgl on Friday, Nov 21st. The prize only includes the entry tickets to the ski races and the Meet & Greet in Obergurgl, Austria. Any additional costs, such as travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, or personal expenses, are explicitly excluded and must be borne by the winner and their accompanying person.
5.2 HEAD reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of a similar value.
5.3 A winner may reject any prize awarded to him/her.
5.4 No cash alternatives will be provided, and the prize is not exchangeable, non‐transferable and non‐refundable. 
5.5 In case the winner does not claim his/her prize within 7 days of notification, he/she will have forfeited the prize and HEAD reserves the right to determine an alternate winner based on a second selection by chance. 
5.6 The Competition will be run at HEAD’s sole discretion. HEAD’s decision in relation to all matters in connection with the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.7. The recourse of the courts is excluded.

§6 COLLECTION OF INFORMATION & DATA PROTECTION 

6.1 The data controller for the Instagram Competition is HEAD.
6.2 In the context of the Instagram Competition, HEAD may collect the following personal data:
•    Instagram username
•    Email address (if provided by the participant for contacting purposes)
•    Full Name (of Competition winner plus escort for the purpose of event registration)
•    Phone Number (of Competition winner for the purpose of availability & on-site consultation)
•    Any other information voluntarily shared by participants in comments, tags, or direct messages related to the giveaway

6.3 The personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of administering the Instagram Competition, which includes participant verification, prize notification, and promotional activities related to the giveaway. 
6.4 The legal basis for processing personal data in this context is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (the Competition)
6.5 Personal data collected during the Competition will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the participants. However, the Instagram platform itself may have access to participant data in accordance with its terms and policies.
6.6 The personal data might also be transmitted to third parties involved in the performance of our contract (e.g. carrier for delivery of mail, other members of the HEAD UK Group for administrative purposes – for details please see here) inside and outside of the European Union for the purposes mentioned above in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If the personal data is processed in a country that does not have a recognized level of data protection such as the European Union, HEAD will use contractual or other recognized means to ensure that the personal data is properly protected.
6.7 We will retain participant data for the duration of the Competition and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. After this period, all personal data will be securely deleted. 
6.8 The Participant hereby expressly assures that personal data (including pictures of third parties) will only ever be transferred to HEAD in accordance with the applicable national and European data protection laws. The Participant warrants that before disclosing personal data of any other third party, he/she will ensure that such third party has received all the information on data protection contained in these General Terms and Conditions and has given their consent to all operations that may require such consent.
6.9 Participants have the right to:
•    Request access to their personal data
•    Request correction of their personal data
•    Request erasure of their personal data
•    Object to the processing of their personal data
•    Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis for processing.

§ 7 PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW 

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are exclusively subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria, provided this does not contravene any compulsory legislation. 
7.2 Any legal issues that arise in connection with the performance of and participation in this Competition will exclusively be dealt with by the relevant courts in the place of jurisdiction of the HEAD headquarters, provided this does not contravene any compulsory legislation. HEAD may however also elect to apply to the courts of the residence of Participant. 
7.3 If any clauses of these Terms and Conditions should prove wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected.
