Terms and Conditions for the Application to the "Progress with Us Campaign" (the "Program")
1. Description of the Program
1.1 The Progress with Us campaign is a program run by Head Sport GmbH, Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria ("HEAD") and is addressed to passionate skiers who wish to progress on the slopes and improve their skiing skills. Applicants selected in line with these terms and conditions ("Terms") will have the chance to become an ambassador of HEAD's new Discovery All-Mountain Series for the season 2026/27 ("HEAD Ambassador").
1.2 The Program is public and HEAD will report publicly about it.
1.3 Unless provided otherwise in these Terms, application to the Program is free of charge and is only subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1.4 Please read these Terms carefully. By applying to the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not apply to the Program.
2. Eligibility
2.1 In order to participate in the Program, you need to reside in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Japan, USA or Canada. Residents from other countries cannot participate in the Program.
2.2 If you reside in the European Union, you must be at least 18 years of age to join the Program. If you reside outside the European Union, you must be at least the age of legal majority in the country or state in which you reside to join the Program.
2.3 HEAD employees and their families, and the employees and families of partners of HEAD, who are involved with the design, organization and implementation of this Program are excluded from participation in the Program.
2.4 People who have an exclusive sponsorship agreement with another winter sports products producer are equally excluded from the Program.
3. Application
3.1 Applications to the Program open on 13 March 2026, 17:00 CET and close on 3 April 2026, 23:59 CET ("Application Period"). Applications received prior to start date or after the end date will not be considered.
3.2 The application process is as follows:
3.2.1 Enter at least the mandatory data on the registration form on www.head.com ("Website");
3.2.2 In 100 words or less, tell us why you ski and what specifically motivates you to improve next season;
3.2.3 Upload a YouTube link (max. 60 seconds) or a link to your online portfolio illustrating the milestones you dream of reaching with the Discovery All-Mountain Series.
3.3 In order to submit your application, tick the box marked "I accept the Terms and Conditions". You will also be required to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or any other applicable age of legal majority.
3.4 After submitting your application, you will receive an email to the email address you have provided confirming receipt of your application.
3.5 You may only apply once for participation in the Program. Even if you apply more than once, only one application will be considered. Equally, incomplete applications or applications that do not comply with these Terms will not be considered.
3.6 By submitting your application, you represent and warrant that you have all rights to submit your application and that the application, therefore, will not infringe on any third parties. You further represent and warrant that third parties appearing in your application have given appropriate consent (consent of legal guardians if applicable) for the respective use.
3.7 HEAD accepts no responsibility for lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise invalid applications.
4. Selection of HEAD Ambassadors
4.1 HEAD will select suitable candidates for being a HEAD Ambassador from all applications that meet the requirements set out in these Terms and which were submitted during the Application Period.
4.2 The following criteria will be taken into account for the selection as HEAD Ambassador:
4.2.1 Creative storytelling
4.2.2 Passion for progression
4.2.3 Digital presence
4.2.4 Brand alignment
4.3 HEAD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the number of selected HEAD Ambassadors depending on the number and quality of applications received. HEAD will not publish individual evaluations or provide information about them. HEAD's decision on the selection of HEAD Ambassadors is final. There is no entitlement to selection or conclusion of an Ambassador Agreement (as defined in Section 4.5 below).
4.4 Within 7 days of the end of the Application Period, HEAD will inform applicants by email if they have been selected as HEAD Ambassador. Any further information required by HEAD for the Program shall also be provided via email.
4.5 If you have been selected by HEAD to be a HEAD Ambassador, HEAD will provide you with a separate ambassador agreement ("Ambassador Agreement") based on which you shall confirm within 30 days whether or not you want to participate in and document your progress (4 collaboration posts and up to 15 high-quality images and up to ten high-quality videos) on social media (public account necessary) during the one-year Program.
4.6 In case you do not reply within 30 days or choose not to join the Program, you will have forfeited your chance to become a HEAD Ambassador and HEAD reserves the right to choose another applicant as HEAD Ambassador instead.
5. Provision of the Discovery All-Mountain Series Equipment to HEAD Ambassadors
5.1 Subject to your acceptance of being a HEAD Ambassador and availability, HEAD will provide you with the following equipment ("HEAD Products"):
5.1.1 One (1) pair of Discovery skis;
5.1.2 One (1) pair of Discovery ski bindings;
5.1.3 One (1) pair of HEAD ski boots;
5.1.4 One (1) pair of HEAD poles;
5.1.5 One (1) pair of HEAD goggles and one (1) HEAD helmet;
5.1.6 One (1) set of HEAD winter sportswear (jacket and pants).
5.2 HEAD reserves the right to replace the HEAD Products with equipment of similar value.
5.3 No cash alternatives will be provided and the HEAD Products are not exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
5.4 You are responsible for any tax implications deriving from the provision of the HEAD Products.
6. Liability
6.1 HEAD does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage you may suffer in connection with your application to the Program, including loss or damage arising as a result of technical problems occurring in connection with such participation or your use of www.head.com.
6.2 For the sake of completeness, you are herewith informed that the same warranty and operational provisions will be applicable to the HEAD Products as for products sold by retailers. However, HEAD shall not be liable for anything additionally, except for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health of persons and to claims under the Product Liability Act. Furthermore, the limitation of liability also does not apply to the breach of primary contractual obligations.
6.3 In particular, HEAD herewith explicitly reminds HEAD Ambassadors that ski bindings must be mounted and adjusted professionally by an authorised sports retailer. HEAD shall not be liable for any damage which results from an incorrect adjustment or for an adjustment not made by an authorized professional.
7. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
7.1 These Terms and your application to participation in the Program are governed by the laws of Austria. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the referral norms of private international law do not apply, with the restriction that mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside are not suspended.
7.2 Any legal issues that arise in connection with the performance of and participation in this application process will exclusively be dealt with by the relevant courts in the place of jurisdiction of the HEAD headquarters in 6921 Kennelbach, provided this does not contravene any compulsory legislation for consumers. HEAD may however also elect to apply to the courts of the residence of applicants.
