1. ELIGIBILITY
HEAD Squared Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (“Entrants”) and who otherwise meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules. Employees of HEAD USA, HEAD Canada and other companies associated with the promotion and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes are subject to federal, state, and a local laws and regulations.
2. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by HEAD USA, Inc., located at 306 S. 45th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85043, USA. 1-800-289-7366.
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon Entrant’s compliance with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries for the Sweepstakes may be submitted beginning on March 3, 2026 at 12:01am PST and ending on March 18, 2026 at 11:59pm PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Prize winners will be drawn during the period set forth in paragraph 7. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants can enter the sweepstakes:
1. Go to the Sweepstakes Entry page at head.com, Instagram and Facebook and complete the entry form, including signing up for the newswletter.
Entrants can enter one (1) time. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to let the Sponsor post your name on any winner’s list required to be posted by state law.
6. PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize includes a Squared Tennis Racquet ($259) and a Waterdrop ($40) water bottle. Total retail value for the grand prize is $299.
No cash or substitutions will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation of any and all federal, state and/or local taxes or fees shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. PRIZE DRAWING
On or about March 20th the Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize Winners.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will send an email message to the potential winners’ email addresses stated on the entry submission with instructions on how to claim the prize. If the potential Prize winner is an eligible Canadian resident, he or she will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release); and (b) execute and return to Sponsor a declaration of eligibility, a liability release (which releases Sponsor, its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof).
Section (b) above applies to all winners, not only Canadian residents. If a potential Prize winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to return the properly executed Sweepstakes documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Official Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received during the applicable Entry Period (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected potential Prize winner) on March 20, 2026. Such newly selected potential winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the drawing, using the contact details provided by that person when entering the Sweepstakes. Only three (3) alternate entrants will be contacted for each prize. Except where prohibited, potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
9. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning will be determined by the number or eligible entries received.
10. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE REGARDING WHO SUBMITTED AN ONLINE ENTRY
The entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
11. OTHER CONDITIONS
Sponsor, its agents and representatives, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and will not be liable for (i) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries; (ii) electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Sweepstakes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.
