TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE 50K FOLLOWER THANK YOU GIVEAWAY (THE “COMPETITION”)

This Competition is run from the Competition Period (as defined in Section 2.1) by Head Sport GmbH (“HEAD”), whose registered office is located at Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria. 
Unless provided otherwise herein, this Competition is free of charge and is only subject to the present Terms & Conditions and to all applicable laws and regulations. 
By entering and participating in this Competition, you ("Participant", or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that You satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. If participants do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, they may not participate in the Competition. 

§1 ELIGIBILITY

1.1 You acknowledge that You are at least 18 years of age (or over the age of majority for Your jurisdiction if higher) at the time of participation and You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 
1.2 Please note that HEAD is not liable in case Participants are not legally allowed to take part in the Competition due to national or local laws. 
1.3 HEAD employees and their families, and the employees and families of partners of HEAD, who are involved with the design, organisation and implementation of this Competition, are excluded from participation in this Competition. Also Italian and Canadian residents are not allowed to participate in this Competition due to local restrictions.

§2 COMPETITION PERIOD 

2.1 This Competition starts on April 8th 2026, 17:00 CET and ends on April 21st 2026, 23:59 (“Competition Period”). Entries received thereafter will not be considered. 

2.2 In order to participate you need to reside in one of the following countries: Austria,
Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. People from other countries cannot participate.

§3 RULES OF THE COMPETITION AND OF PARTICIPATION 

3.1 The participation in this Competition is only possible on Instagram (“Plattform”). For the participation in this Competition, an account on the Plattform is required. Participants may only take part in the Competition from a single profile on the Plattform. Even if You try to participate more than once in this Competition, You will only be given a single participation in this Competition. This Competition is not linked to the Plattform and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated in any way to the Plattform. Your use of the Plattform is subject to the Plattform’s Terms of Use, for details please see here. 
3.2 In order to participate in this Competition, You need to complete these 3 steps within the Competition Period and need to maintain this status until a winner is drawn:
a)    Follow the Instagram accounts @head_freeskiing and @head_ski,
b)    Like the post of the Competition provided on the @head_freeskiing Instagram channel marked “Freeski giveaway”,
c)    Comment on the post of the Competition and tag another account in your comment.  

The comment will only be considered a valid entry into the competition if another account is mentioned (tagged) in it. Please also make sure that Your account on the Plattform is publicly available so that it is possible to contact You in case You get drawn as a winner. Only by following all steps of the described procedure, You will be eligible to enter the Competition.  
3.3 Especially if other accounts get mentioned (tagged), HEAD takes no responsibility for the compliance of third parties or any Participant. No comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will be allowed. If it becomes evident that any of the Participants have not met the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, or that the data provided for participation is not valid, the participation is considered null and void and the Participant will automatically be excluded from the Competition, losing all rights to the prize(s) on offer in the Competition. HEAD reserves the right to determine alternative winners by conducting subsequent random drawings until the required number of winners is determined. 
3.4 By entering, each Participant warrants and represents the following with respect to his/her Submission: (a) Participant has all rights to submit his/her Submission; (b) the Submission will therefore not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and (c) any third parties appearing in the Submission have given Participant appropriate consent (consent of legal guardians if applicable) for the respective use.

§4 THE SELECTION PROCESS 

4.1 Entries close on Entries close on April 20th 2026, 23:59 CET and the winner will be selected by chance from the pool of all correct entries made until then. 
4.2 The winner of this Competition will be informed on the Plattform via direct messaging within 14 days. Any information required for HEAD to conduct this Competition (e.g. delivery address of winner) shall be also provided via direct message on the Plattform. 
4.3 If You are drawn as winner, please wait for our message and then answer by sending us Your full name, e‐mail address, phone number and the shipping address You wish the prize to be delivered to. The contact details that You provide will be used to notify You and deliver the prize, so please make sure they are correct. Any information required for HEAD to conduct this Competition shall be also provided via direct message on Instagram. 
4.4 HEAD undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate hardware and software service for the Competition and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; errors in transmission; prize notification deliveries attempted but not received; any loss suffered by anyone who enters or attempts to enter the Competition, whether the entry is lost, not submitted, wrongly processed or does not win, unless HEAD is guilty of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

§5 THE PRIZE 

5.1 There will be one winner who will receive one pair of Attack Bindings and either a pair of Kore, Oblivion or Crux Skis, depending on the winner’s choice and availability.
The prize will be delivered either via postal service to the respective shipping address we will receive from the winner of the Competition. The delivery costs for the prize will be borne by HEAD. Possible travel expenses not included. 
5.2 HEAD reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of a similar value.
5.3 A winner may reject any prize awarded to him/her.
5.4 No cash alternatives will be provided and the prize is not exchangeable, non‐transferable and non‐refundable. 
5.5 In case the winner does not claim his/her prize within 7 days of notification, he/she will have forfeited the prize and HEAD reserves the right to determine an alternate winner based on a second selection by chance. 
5.6 The Competition will be run at HEAD’s sole discretion. HEAD’s decision in relation to all matters in connection with the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

§ 6 LIABILITY AND WARRANTY 

Participants are herewith informed that for the prize (ski binding) the same warranty and operational provisions will be applicable as for products sold by retailers. However, HEAD shall not be liable for anything additionally, except for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health of persons and to claims under the Product Liability Act. Furthermore, the limitation of liability also does not apply to the breach of primary contractual obligations. 
In particular, HEAD herewith explicitly reminds the potential winner of a prize that the ski bindings still must be mounted and adjusted professionally by an authorised sports retailer. HEAD shall not be liable for any damage, which results, from an incorrect adjustment or for an adjustment not made by an authorized professional. 

§ 7 PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW 

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are exclusively subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the referral provisions of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.
7.2 Any legal issues that arise in connection with the performance of and participation in this Competition will exclusively be dealt with by the relevant courts in the place of jurisdiction of the HEAD headquarters in 6921 Kennelbach, provided this does not contravene any compulsory legislation for consumers. HEAD may however also elect to apply to the courts of the residence of Participant.
