When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours of being placed. Dispatch will differ during high order volume periods.

Please note that shipping days refer to an approximate shipping time. The delivery times may be longer in peak shipping seasons or due to weather interruptions.
Dispatch Notifications
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a Dispatch email notification with tracking details.
Once the tracking number is received, orders can be tracked here.
We cannot amend delivery location or redirect your order after it has been dispatched.
Signature is required on delivery. If you are not available to receive your parcel, you will receive a calling card with the post office location where you can pick up your order. Delivery options can be updated with Australia Post directly.
Delivery Locations
We only ship within Australia. Delivery to specific locations may not be feasible. Excluded areas include the Australian Antarctic Territory, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Lord Howe Island and Cocos Island.
